TSC Member Kabbashi, Liberian Foreign Minister Discuss Bilateral Relations and Cooperation

Kabbashi Liberian Foreign Minister

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Shams-Eddin Kabbashi, met today with Liberian Foreign Minister Ms. Sara Beysolow, in the presence of Foreign Minister Mohi-Eddin Salim and the Director General of the Liberian National Security Agency.
In a press statement, the Liberian minister said the visit came in response to an official invitation from the Sudanese government to explore ways to strengthen bilateral relations, discuss issues of mutual interest, and review regional developments, as well as the ongoing conflict in Sudan.
She added that Liberia looks forward to enhancing cooperation and holding consultations with the Sudanese government regarding the role Liberia could play at the United Nations Security Council.
