Interior Minister Chairs Administrative Board Meeting Reviewing Overall Security and Criminal Situation

Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. (Police) Babiker Samra Mustafa Ali, chaired a meeting of the Police Forces Administrative Board on Saturday. He heard a comprehensive briefing on the overall security and criminal situation presented by the Head of the Administrative Affairs Directorate and Supervisor of Khartoum State, Lt. Gen. (Police) Dr. Ibrahim Ahmed Shamin. Shamin explained the police efforts in the Battle of Dignity and the great sacrifices made by martyrs and wounded.
Furthermore, the Minister of Interior listened to a report on the most prominent features of the deployment and security plan in Khartoum State presented by Head of the Directorate of the Public Facilities and Installations Security, Maj. Gen. (Police) Al-Tahir Abdel-Hafiz.
The report included the plans being implemented and the work of the general administrations supporting the Khartoum State Police. For his part, the Acting Director of Khartoum State Police, Maj. Gen. (Police) Abdel-Karim Hamdo, reviewed the various programs implemented by the Khartoum State Police, with support and assistance from the Police Forces Command, to achieve security and stability in all localities of the capital, Khartoum. According to the Police Press Office's follow-up, the Minister of Interior commended these plans and programs, offered his condolences for the souls of the police forces' martyrs in the Battle of Dignity, affirming his support for all efforts. He noted that the relocation of the Ministry of Interior and the Police Forces Command to operate from within Khartoum has contributed significantly to maintaining security and stability.
