Prime Minister Meets Arab League Secretary-General in Munich

Prime Minister Kamil Idris expressed Sudan’s appreciation for the significant role played by the Arab League in supporting the country’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
The remarks came during his meeting on Saturday with the Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit, held on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, where the Prime Minister is participating as part of a series of official engagements.
Talks reviewed developments in Sudan and the efforts being undertaken by the Government of Hope to achieve peace and stability, create conducive conditions for the return of citizens, and normalize daily life across the country.
For his part, Aboul Gheit reaffirmed the Arab League’s full support for Sudan’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity.
