TSC President Visits Abu Delaig, Commends Citizens’ Firm Stand Against Rebellion

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, visited the Abu Delaig area on Saturday as part of his ongoing field inspection tours to assess the conditions of citizens and public services.
TSC President praised the steadfast positions of residents of Abu Delaig and their resistance to the aggression of the Dagalo militia. He stated that solidarity and mutual support among the area’s population contributed to delivering “lessons in courage, valour, and initiative” to opposing forces. He reaffirmed that the people of Abu Delaig have played significant roles in supporting the Sudanese Armed Forces during the “Battle of Dignity,” commending their response to the national call and their alignment with the popular resistance to defeat the rebellion and eliminate its threat.
During the visit, the TSC President toured several service and development projects and reviewed the level of services provided to residents, particularly in the sectors of water, education, and health.
