Prime Minister Dr. Kamil Idris stressed the need to strengthen national efforts to rebuild the country's health system, praising the role of the World Health Organization (WHO) and its recent interventions, particularly in the cholera eradication program, which has yielded significant positive results.This came during his reception at his office in Port Sudan on Monday of a WHO delegation, including Dr. Shebl Sahbani, WHO Representative in Sudan, in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Health, where several issues related to the humanitarian health aspect, particularly epidemics and how to address this issue, were discussed.The WHO Representative in Sudan, said in press statements, that the meeting agreed on the need to expedite the national strategy to rebuild the health system and involve other ministries, institutions, and partners. He explained that the meeting discussed ways to rehabilitate the country's health system as a whole, including health institutions, human resources, and health infrastructure in general, in addition to emergency health intervention programs. Dr. Shebl Sahbani added that the meeting touched on the return of the World Health Organization to Khartoum State, underlining the need for a greater WHO presence in Khartoum and the states most affected by the war in the coming period. The WHO representative announced that the organization's return to Khartoum would take place in phases over the coming period, coinciding with the return of other public institutions.

He affirmed that the Government of Hope would consider all the points raised and work to resolve the problems complained about by the citizens of the Northern and River Nile states within the framework of a comprehensive plan. The delegation's speakers called for a review of the rights and share of the two states in mining revenues, border crossings, and national projects, emphasizing that the two states need these rights to develop services and the region in a manner commensurate with their contributions to the national economy.The delegation included chieftain Osman Said Ahmed, Mohamed Ahmed Hassan, Azhari Al-Mubarak, Mohamed Wada'a, and others.

They addressed the pressing issues and challenges facing the Nuba Mountains, explaining that the area is facing violations and attacks by the rebel RSF militia and its ally, the Sudan People's Liberation Movement-North (SPLM-N), led by rebel Abdelaziz Al-Hilu. They also noted that the area is facing critical humanitarian conditions, with displaced persons and refugee camps, noting that the western areas of the mountains are the most affected. The speakers pointed out that the urgent needs of the area include food, health, and shelter interventions. They referred to the difficulty of organizations' movement in the area due to road closures by the rebel militia and the SPLM-N, as well as fuel shortages.

During his inspection of the Sudanese Certificate Examinations Control Center in Atbara on Sunday, the Prime Minister praised the role of teachers, asserting that the government of hope cares for teachers and will support education issues and work to remove their impediments.
The Prime Minister, accompanied by the Wali (governor) of River Nile State, Dr. Mohamed El-Badawi Abdel-Majid, checked on the progress of the control center, appreciating the efforts of teachers and the role of the state government in supporting education projects.
The Prime Minister arrived in Atbara on Sunday morning, at the onset of a visit to River Nile State to inspect conditions and address the challenges facing the state amid the Battle of Dignity, particularly as the state has absorbed and continues to absorb large numbers of citizens from states affected by the aggression of the terrorist Rapid Support Forces militia.

They chanted, "We are returning to Khartoum," and "One Army, One People," expressing their joy at the visit. In another context, the Prime Minister addressed a mass rally on Wadi Street in Omdurman on Saturday evening, organized by the state's Popular Resistance Committee. He underscored the importance of unifying ranks behind the armed forces and supporting forces to liberate the rest of the country.
Kamil Idris said that the Government of Hope is counting on young men and women to build the Sudan of the future, calling on them to keep the homeland in mind and to contribute effectively to building the state and rebuilding what was vandalized by the war.

President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC), General Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan, met on Thursday with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Sudan, Hani Salah, in the presence of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Hussein Al-Amin.
Ambassador Hani said, in a press statement, that the meeting was characterized by cordiality and positivity, pointing out that he conveyed the greetings of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, to his brother TSC President Abdel-Fattah Al-Burhan. He added that General Al-Burhan also requested him to convey his greetings and thanks to President El-Sisi for receiving him in El-Alamein on June 30.
Ambassador Hani Salah said that the meeting discussed the outcomes of El-Alamein Summit, which will have a clear impact on the course of bilateral relations. He explained that he briefed TSC President on developments in relations between the two countries, indicating that the joint ministerial trade committee between the two countries will convene soon, alongside the Egyptian-Sudanese Business Forum.
The Egyptian Ambassador affirmed Egypt's firm and supportive position towards Sudan in all regional and international forums, highlighting Egypt's efforts to support Sudan in various forums.
The Egyptian ambassador said that President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council affirmed Sudan's full support for Egypt on the existential and pivotal issue of the Nile waters for both countries, emphasizing the continuation of coordination between the two countries at the highest levels, and between the foreign and irrigation ministers of the two countries, during the coming period, particularly in light of the developments and movements taking place that may not be in the best interest of both countries. Ambassador Hani Salah added, "We look forward to the convening of a 2+2 mechanism between the foreign and irrigation ministers of the two countries in the coming period."

Member of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC) and Assistant Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Ibrahim Jabir has been acquainted with the efforts and contributions of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to reconstruction, rehabilitation and provision of services in Khartoum State. This came during his meeting on Thursday with the UNDP Resident Representative Mr. Luca Renda.
Mr. Renda explained, in a press statement, that the meeting touched on the situation in Khartoum State and the UNDP's role in strengthening the return program and projects to Khartoum State and providing basic services to citizens, such as electricity, water, and health, in addition to contributing to the reconstruction and rehabilitation of service, educational, and health facilities. Mr. Renda added that the UNDP would exert efforts, in coordination and cooperation with the government, to implement its plans and programs during the coming period.

The Ministry of Justice received Dr. Abdullah Mohamed Dirif, Minister of Justice, after he was sworn in before President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council (TSC). Dr. Dirif was received by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Huwaida Ali Awad Al-Karim, the Solicitor General of the Republic of Sudan, and a significant number of advisors and employees. At the outset, the Minister of Justice expressed his thanks and appreciation to TSC President and the Prime Minister for granting him this confidence, praying to Allah Almighty to make him be up to the task. He added, "We will do our best to carry out the task in the proper and optimal manner," stressing that this assignment, during this exceptional phase the country is going through, requires concerted efforts and coordination among the judicial bodies to achieve the rule of law.
The Minister of Justice stated that this assignment will serve as a gateway to achieving justice by strengthening coordination between judicial and law enforcement institutions. "We will work to make the rule of law prevail, which is one of the principles the Prime Minister referred to in his first address to the Sudanese people." He asserted. He also highlighted the directive issued by TSC President to strive to achieve a state governed by the rule of law.
The Justice Minister underscored equality before the law and that justice is a supreme value that people must see and feel through the rule of law, the enforcement of its provisions in all their dealings, the restoration of their rights, and the resolution of their grievances. His Excellency stated that they have a vision for the legal reform process in coordination with the judicial bodies, the Bar Association, law schools, and concerned parties. He reiterated his efforts to consolidate the Sudanese people's confidence in the justice and law enforcement institutions. He added, "We pledge to the leadership of the state and the Sudanese people that we will place the rule of law at the forefront of our priorities," indicating that the next phase requires everyone to work together to rebuild, restore life, secure citizens, and provide essential services.
In conclusion, His Excellency emphasized the endeavor to recommend the completion of the judicial institutions in implementation of the justice strategy adopted by the ministry.

This is to allow all students to make up for the opportunity and apply to programs that suit their aspirations. In this context, His Excellency directed the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research to follow up on this issue with university administrations to ensure the smooth and fair implementation of the extension. He also urged the Ministry of Education to expedite the issuance of secondary school certificates, to help students by enabling them to complete the application procedures in a timely manner. He stressed that education is a fundamental right, and that the government is committed to supporting students and enabling them to build their futures on the foundations of knowledge and education.
